SCHOOLS THAT ROCK
Temple Beth Torah Students rock CAN roll Sukkot Project!

CALHOUN HS CAN rock at their school production of: CANdide!
Carm and Howie, parent Co-ordinator for The Calhoun High School On Tour Company (the school's drama program) during the performances of Candide (Jan. 16, 17, 23, 24)
The On Tour Company and Parent Boosters ask if you CAN please bring a CAN or box of non-perishable food to any of the performances of CANdide.
All food will be collected and donated to rock CAN roll.

These are the Primary Students (7 & 8 yrs old) at the I.L.Peretz Jewish School in East Meadow, NY.
They decorated their rock CAN roll tote bags and will use them to
bring food donations into school each week.
Last month this school collected 210 food items that were delivered to a local food pantry!
As of December 1, the food pantry has taken on 138 new families (upwards of 500 people!).
Unfortunately, the need is increasing at significant rates while donations are substantially down! Sadly, this is now the norm...and things are going from bad to worse!
The I.L. Peretz rock CAN roll project will continue to put food into the hands of people who need it. On their behalf, we thank you I.L. Peretz kids....you rock! See more pictures
Weber Middle School Peer Leadership Club -
collected more then 350 cans from Weber students and donated to
local food pantry in Port Washington.
